Add your registered business name, EIN or state registration number and business address here. Several US states require a physical address on commercial websites, and payment processors ask for it too.
How our shop works
Prana+ is a curated shop: we do not manufacture the products we sell. We select skincare from brands we trust — like Dr.Althea — and the items ship to you directly from the supplier's warehouse.
Two things follow from that, and we would rather say them before you buy: delivery takes longer than a store with its own warehouse, and if you order several items they may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping
We ship anywhere in the United States, all 50 states.
- Estimated delivery: 6 to 12 business days from the day the order leaves the warehouse.
- You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships.
- Estimates start when the order ships, not when you pay for it.
Duties and taxes
Some items ship from outside the United States. Where import duties, tariffs or taxes apply and are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the buyer. Sales tax is applied at checkout where required.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown before you confirm your order.
An order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email. If an item goes out of stock or there is an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and you can cancel at no cost.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to email us and return your order, even if you have already opened it. Email hello@pranaplus.co and we will tell you how.
Unless the item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
Your privacy
We use your information only to process your order, support you and — if you opt in — send you occasional updates. We share it with our shipping partners only as far as needed to deliver your package.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act: to know what personal information we hold, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your data. Text, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to Prana+ or to the brands we carry. Product names and trademarks such as Dr.Althea belong to their respective owners. Nothing here may be reproduced without permission.
Health disclaimer
Everything we sell is a cosmetic product, not a medical treatment. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
If you have a diagnosed skin condition, are pregnant or are unsure, talk to your doctor or dermatologist before use. Always check the ingredient list if you have allergies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which our business is registered. Before anything else, email us — almost everything gets solved that way.
